Women’s Health Evening: Listen Back

During the event, our team explored the therapeutic potential of mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT) and how increasing oxygen availability in the body may support both physical and mental recovery. By using gentle pressure to saturate the body’s plasma with oxygen, mHBOT allows oxygen to reach tissues more efficiently, helping support cellular repair, reduce inflammation and encourage the formation of new blood vessels.

The discussion covered how this improvement in cellular energy may support a wide range of health concerns, including traumatic brain injuries, surgical recovery, hormonal dysregulation and conditions such as endometriosis.

A key focus of the evening was women’s health, and how increased oxygenation may help the body recalibrate during periods of change such as perimenopause, chronic stress and burnout. By supporting mitochondrial function, circulation and nervous system regulation, mHBOT may help the body restore balance and resilience.

Ebany and Jason have written journal entries to compliment this talk.
